Flow cytometry tutorials

February 22, 2010

Invitrogen has a wide range of biochemistry related products. They provide antibodies, cells, proteins, gels, beads, reagents, enzymes, DNA vectors and a wide range of products and services. I recommend an Internet walkabout through their Web site to find some nice sources of information.

A nice example is their flow cytometry tutorials. They have five 10-minute videos and they cover all you need to know to get a basic understanding of what flow cytometry is, and how it works. Fluorescence and spectra tutorials, general flow cytometry explanation, and data analysis are the main topics they cover.
